How do I remove them from a wooden cabinet? I applied heat but it didn´t work...

Hello! 

The heat you should apply is from something like a blo-dryer, on a reasonably high volume. Apply it for roughly 1-2 minutes. 

That should work. If that doesn't work, then please use a thin floss to scrape between the adhesive and wooden cabinet.

can you \"unlock\" the strap one it\'s \"clicked\"?

Thank you for your question. Our child locks are fully adjustable. The maximum length it can adjust to is 19.5cm. Feel free to test it out. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll buy it back off for you. That's how sure we are you'll love it, as do millions of other parents :)

If you accidentally lock part A, how do you open it?

You must ascertain the length before you lock part A. Unfortunately, once locked, it cannot be unlocked. We are working hard on a new design to make this easier for our customers. Please stay in touch. We have some very exciting developments in the pipeline.

Would these work to keep a light weigh drawer in a camper closed when camper is moving and will they come lose when stored camper gets hot?

Thank you for your query. The heat will make the gel-adhesive weaken. It will not work when the camper gets hot.

How do you remove them? Will there be surface damage?

They are removed very easily when applying heat, such as a hairdryer. Apply the heat until the adhesive softens, then just pull off :). There will be some adhesive residue that you use soap and water to wipe off.  The set comes with clear instructions. Give it a go, and we'll walk you through it all. Our customer service team is very friendly :).
