Each order is covered by 30-day money back warranty but you can always reach to us within 90-day of the order placement date and we will process your inquiry accordingly.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders (generally) within 12h after payment confirmation. We prepare your parcel as soon as the payment had been done and ship within 12h to enable 2-day shipping.
NOTE: We don’t ship on Sundays, each order placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be available through our system using the order ID or in your account dashboard. If any problem accuses, please reach to us
Our returns and exchange policy?
We offer free, easy returns for all orders in the U.S.
All merchandise must be in its original state:
Clean, undamaged and unwashed.
With all original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
Please request your USPS pre-paid return label here to send the products back to us. You will be refunded, excluding original shipping charges, to your original form of payment. If you'd like an exchange for a different size, style or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
